Khaby Lame has built one of the largest audiences in internet history through silent reaction videos that travel easily across languages and borders.

Now, the TikTok star is entering a new phase of his business after a U.S.-listed company disclosed an acquisition tied to one of his core entities alongside a long term commercialization partnership.

Rich Sparkle Holdings, traded under ticker ANPA.US, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Step Distinctive Limited, a company associated with Khaby Lame, and outlined a multi-year strategy that includes turning the creator into an AI-powered digital twin for global commerce.

According to the disclosure, the partnership centers on building a full chain commercialization system around Lame’s brand, moving beyond one-off sponsorships toward centralized operations across content, retail, logistics, and technology.

The company said the cooperation carries an annual sales outlook exceeding $4 billion, driven by a closed-loop structure that combines global reach, end-to-end execution, fulfillment infrastructure, and AI systems.

A key element of that plan is the development of an AI digital twin modeled on Lame’s face, voice, and on-screen behavior. The filing states that these identifiers have been authorized for use within a compliant framework to generate multilingual content and virtual livestream commerce across different time zones.

Khaby Lame has been TikTok’s most-followed creator since summer 2022.

Rich Sparkle described the AI system as a way to scale output beyond human scheduling limits while creating standardized digital assets that can be reused across multiple regions.

During the 36 month cooperation period, Anhui Xiaoheiyang Network Technology Co., Ltd., a China-based livestream commerce operator, will hold exclusive global full-chain operating rights for Lame’s commercial activities.

Those rights include:

  • Livestream and short video commerce planning
  • TikTok Shop operations and conversion strategy
  • Cross border supply chain coordination and fulfillment
  • Quality control and after sales services
  • Brand advertising and visual production
  • Commercial deployment of the AI digital twin

The strategy will initially focus on three regions: the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Each market is expected to run under separate pricing models and profit accounting systems to reflect local regulations, purchasing power, and logistics conditions.

Beyond direct product sales, the plan outlines coordinated advertising campaigns and the development of co-branded intellectual property across categories such as beauty, fragrance, and apparel.

Rich Sparkle’s disclosure also notes that future performance will depend on regional compliance requirements, data authorization standards, and consumer protection rules, alongside delivery execution and brand safety controls tied to AI-generated content.
